Some say that all religions are the same. That it does not matter which way a person worships God as long as they worship a god. They say the important thing is to believe in some kind of God and all that do will go to heaven. This is a fanciful idea out of their own imagination. The Bible knows nothing about accepting other gods and other religions. Hearing people say such things makes one wonder if they have ever read God's Word the holy Bible? For in it God makes it clear that He is a jealous God:

Exodus 20:2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

Where in the passage above does God speak of accepting those that bow the knee to idols of wood and stone decked with gold and silver? The answer is no where. God does not accept those that worship other gods. He loathes, He despises, He abhors all other ways than His way. He hates all other religions than the one true religion outlined on the pages of the holy Scriptures:

Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

There is not a thousand names whereby we must be saved, but only one Name. The Name above all names. The man Christ Jesus.

John 14:5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. There is not numerous ways. There are not many truths; but there is only one way and one truth. And one Lord and Father of all. And the Bible lays out that way, that truth, and that only life. No man is able to come to the Father EXCEPT by Jesus Christ.
