Ecclesiastes 8:11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

In this verse God declares to us that His judgment is NOT executed speedily. This truth is evidenced by the Lord's 23 year judgment program on the corrupt churches of the world. It's also evidenced by prolonged judgment period the world has been experiencing since the date of May 21, 2011. There is mounting Biblical evidence indicating that the final judgment of mankind will continue until the year 2033 AD. A 23 year inclusive period (22 actual years) in which God's wrath is being poured out upon the unsaved of the earth.
